The minimum age to purchase an air gun is 18 years. All airgun sales must be completed by way of face to face sales with proof of ID. This does not mean that you cannot buy online from us, as we have our own in-house delivery service. Simply buy online and e-mail / WhatsApp a picture (photocopy) of your driving license or passport and we will deliver to your nearest air gun shop for collection

1. Make the payment online for the pistol or rifle required and e-mail the contact details of your nearest (air) gun shop. In case you do not know your local RFD, we will find you one on request
2. We will then send the rifle or pistol to the RFD shop ready for you to collect for a flat fee of £15 to the UK mainland.
3. As soon as the RFD shop receives the goods they should contact you for collection at your convenience. Most RFD shops will charge an admin fee between £15 and £25 for this service, which has to be paid on collection

On delivery, your local RFD shop will only hand the gun to the person named on our invoice. You can also buy online and collect, buy in-store or over the phone. Pyrotechnics and airgun accessories are sent via a special courier directly to your home address - subject to Age / ID verification by E-mail. It is an offence to shoot an airgun and to use pyrotechnic devices beyond the boundaries of private land, where you have been given permission to shoot

We need to check the information is correct before we can send your order out. If you do not provide the correct information, or try to lie to obtain an air gun, your order will be cancelled and you will be charged a 20% handling fee for our trouble. Please note, your warranty is with us and not with the RFD shop as they only manage the delivery of the goods.

In the unlikely event that the goods supplied are not what you expected, you must return them to us in an un-used, un-soiled condition, complete with their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt - accompanied by a copy of proof of purchase.

Please be aware that items can only be returned for an exchange / refund if they are unused and in their original packaging and have all of the barcode tags intact, so don't remove them if you're thinking of sending them back! Any seals and shrink-wrap must be intact (please do not put tape or labels on the goods packaging). If either the goods or the packaging are not in a re-saleable state, then we may decline your exchange / refund request

PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT ACCEPT ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN REPAIRED AS THE ORIGINAL FAULT NEEDS TO BE VISIBLE

We reserve the right to make a service charge of 5% on Returned items if required. We accept no responsibility for any damage or loss in any way to goods whilst in transit to us. Please enclose a note with your return with your name and what you require i.e refund or exchange.
